General Shipping Information:

We work with suppliers from around the world to source the best quality of products available. Products in inventory will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery times will vary based on customer's selection at checkout. As soon as the product ships, the customer will receive a tracking number to help monitor your product in transit at all times.

Once the package is shipped from our facility, Bean and Butter will not be held responsible for any shipping delays. We will do our best to help resolve the issue, however, Bean and Butter has no direct influence over shipping carriers and the delivery process. Please refer to your tracking email to receive up-to-date tracking information from the respective carrier.  

If the customer provided an incorrect address for delivery, please contact us as soon as possible at support@beanandbutterbakeshop.com. Once the package is shipped from our facility, Bean and Butter will not be held responsible for customer inaccuracy and misinformation.

Where do we ship?

At the moment, we ship to customers within the Continental US (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) and Canada. We are working towards opening our shop to other international markets, however, we are a young and growing company, we hope to reach you very soon!  

Canada Shipping Notes: ESTIMATED Taxes & Duties are provided at checkout. Taxes & Duties are not paid for by Bean and Butter. Taxes and Duties will be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.

 

Exclusions:

Some items may not be eligible for shipment to our customers in certain US States, US Territories, and Canada (i.e. pressurized cans, sprays). If we do run into this issue, we will be sure to contact the customer as soon as possible to find a resolution!
