How long are shipping times?

    Your products will ship within 1-2 business days of placing your order. Specific delivery times will vary and will depend on the customer's selection at Checkout. An estimated delivery time will be provided at the time of checkout. 


    What is your return policy?

      Consumable items may not be returned, refunded or exchanged. Baking tools such as silicone molds, plastic molds, stencils, cookie cutters and cake pans are final sale. Any other baking material, accessories, tools, may be returned and refunded if unused, unopened, in original packaging, and must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.


      Can I cancel my order?

        Cancelations are possible if the item(s) ordered have not yet shipped from our facility.

        In store pick up orders only:

        All in store pick up orders must be picked up within 30 days of fulfillment. Edible items will be final sale and will not be refunded if cancelled within 30 days. Pick up orders cancelled within 30 days will receive a full refund (with the exception of edible items). Orders not picked up within the 30 days will be cancelled and won't be refunded. 


        What happens if I receive the wrong item?

          If there is an issue with your order; wrong item and/or variant from what you ordered -- First and foremost, we apologize for the inconvenience! Please contact us and we will work with you in resolving the issue


          Do you offer exchanges?

            We do not offer exchanges on select items. We attempted to take a proactive approach in being overly transparent and exceedingly descriptive with our product pages. However, if for any reason our description did not meet your needs, please contact us so we may resolve your specific issue and make the necessary adjustments to our pages for future customers interested in purchasing the item


            Do you allow resale of your product or do you have a wholesale program?

              We do not allow resale of any products listed on our site, if we receive an order that is "out of the ordinary," we will ensure to contact the customer prior to fulfilling the order. Orders will not be fulfilled until we come in contact with the customer and verification procedures are conducted. If the customer cannot provide the requirements for verification, and the order is under suspicion of resale, Bean and Butter has the right to cancel any submitted orders.

              Bean and Butter does not offer a wholesale program at this time.
