PREREQUISITE FOR THIS COURSE:

Basic Buttercream knowledge is required to take this course. Students enrolling in this course must have experience frosting & layering cakes. Need the Buttercream basics? Check out our Buttercream 101 Class and prepare for our next Ganache & Fondant Class

LEARN HOW TO:
- Make chocolate ganache

- Ganache a cake

- Panel fondant on a real cake

- Drape fondant on a dummy cake

- Add basic texture with fondant
